The role
Charity & Not-for-Profit Manager/Senior Manager £competitive package
We are actively seeking a key new addition to the team at Audit Manager or Senior Manager level. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified and an established Manager with experience of running major audits. Experience in dealing with not-for-profit sector clients is preferable although not a prerequisite if you can evidence a passion for the sector; you will benefit from first class training in the issues and accounting requirements of the sector. Applications are also invited from individuals who have trained with recent experience within an audit/accounting practice and who are looking to return to the profession from the not-for-profit sector after an absence of no more than 3 years. You will inherit work with a diverse portfolio of not-for-profits including household name charities and other clients such as leading independent schools and trade unions.
Work will be audit & assurance based with regular involvement in ad hoc projects and advisory work for clients. You will be encouraged to attend seminars, write press articles and carry out training etc as you develop your profile in the sector. Career prospects within our friendly and meritocratic work environment are authentic and your development of further niche skills to complement audit will facilitate your progression towards Director and Partner level.
