Job Purpose
To deliver emails campaigns to meet client objectives, liaising with allocated clients to optimise the success of their campaigns and strategies, and to provide insight via reporting and tracking of key trends.
Main Duties
1. Liaise with clients to understand their KPIs, and create and manage campaign schedules to help achieve these within agreed contract levels.
2. Use in-depth understanding of client database structure and composition to identify and create appropriate data pots for targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Work with digital designers to create campaign templates (including creative input on email design), perform required checks and schedule them for distribution using specified data/e-marketing platforms.
4. Provide monthly client account reports (and ad hoc reporting as required) detailing information including analysis of the database, success of email campaigns, and level of delivery.
5. Support operations centre activity as required, including on both inbound and outbound telephone campaigns.
