The British Society for Rheumatology is a UK wide membership organisation for clinicians in rheumatology including international members. In April 2013 The British Society for Rheumatology integrated with the British Health Professional in Rheumatology.
The Society is to launch a completely new website and a CRM /Membership /Events /Conference database July 2015. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content management, design, writing and editing for the web and site management. In addition this role you will work on campaigns such as Simple Tasks a public awareness campaign designed to tell policymakers, general practitioners/healthcare commissioners and the wider public about the value of rheumatology services. Working alongside the Marketing and Digital Manager you will be expected to provide marketing support for two registers of patients receiving biological treatments and other BSR wide projects. BSR will also be looking to source a new E-learning platform in 2015 and you will also be involved with the procurement.
Job Summary and skills:
• To manage and develop the new BSR website, liaising with external suppliers e.g. web developers and database management for launch July 2015
• Implement changes and updates to current website as required quickly and accurately
