You will need to ensure clarity when deploying information in this complex global matrix organisation. The role will require you to support global campaigns by collaborating with relevant project teams and other countries communications colleagues. As Employee Communications Manager you can demonstrate:

Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to connect and align stakeholders
Very good writer with the ability to de-mystify and re-write complex information without compromising the content
A persuasive communications all-rounder
