The Role
As a WASH fund manager, you will maintain an overview of Oxfam’s WASH innovation work and support resource mobilisation and reporting for the funding of WASH innovation and other WASH funding opportunities within the Global Humanitarian Team and Oxfam GB’s long term WASH programming.
You will carry out above in conjunction with the Oxfam GB fundraising and finance teams.
What we are looking for
As a WASH fund manager, you will have awareness of global justice, social change, women’s rights and gender equality and commitment to delivering humanitarian work through feminist principles. You will have knowledge and understanding of Supporter Marketing Division (private donations) sources of restricted funding and approaches to fundraising.
You will also have strong reporting and proposal writing skills with excellent English written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a wide range of audiences. You will also be able to understand WASH programming requirements (support will be given).
