Brand Development Manager – Westrock – London

Westrock is a 30 year old private real estate investment, development, and private equity company. Our team has been involved in over £8billion of assets, and we invest directly and indirectly in property through our three fully integrated core businesses.

Westrock has acquired and are developing a vast pipeline of apartment blocks for rent in key city centres around the UK. With major creative agencies, we have spent the last 12 months researching and creating a new brand to run and manage the properties which will launch in 2016.

Our Goal: to revolutionise the rental experience in the UK!

We are looking for a talented brand manager to grow and manage our brand to become the leading identity within the industry.

Fit into organisation:

The job holder will….

lead the creative, media and PR agencies on design, communication, events and implementation
create social media content for all our social sites and communication channels
coordinate resident events and social calendar (coordinating with site managers)
be responsible for upholding the brand standards and quality in execution of all content/events/customer interaction
track and report to management on the progress of marketing/consumer experiences and loyalty (through consumer surveys, feedback, etc)

Key brand projects:

PR launch event/s for each site and central brand
social calendar and events for all residents
social media content and profiles

Key competencies:

consumer focused
team player with superior organisational skills
creative with high attention to detail

Professional skills:

general marketing
agency and team coordination
project management
technical design

Experience required:

ideal, but not required would be experience in brand development or an agency, creative design judgement, consumer insights, digital/social media and project management

It will be a challenging role as it involves managing multiple teams and sites, each with their own specifications and residents. The role will be incredibly diverse encompassing the entire spectrum of brand management, from communications through to resident experiences in individual properties.
