Manage dailly socail media campaigns
Create relevent content to engage with customers
Create and manage published content
Monitor, listen and respond to clients in a sociable but proffessional manner
Develop and expand our blog entries and following
Design facebook, twitter, instagram content
Create effective presentations to increase sales and funding
Manage the customer database to increase sales
Preparation and maintenance of materials used to create sales and leads
Contacting customers to engage them within new and existing projects
Create, Design, Edit and effectively use photo and video images for marketing purposes
Developing and mastering the use of our infusionsoft software to increase sales and save time
Taking bookings and regular phonecalls
Helping to co-ordinate the delivery team
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Filing and completing paperwork.
Following up on paperwork that staff should have completed
organising staff schedules with Line Manager support
Ordering office and delivery supplies.
Learn to use various types of marketing and administration software
Contacting community members, organisations regarding our projects
Raising awareness of Support Sport.
