About the Head of Digital Marketing role
As a Head of Digital Marketing , you will join the expanding In-house digital function of the company. You will play an integral role in overseeing the company’s online marketing strategy across all channels, driving revenue goals and new customer growth across online channels for the UK.
Key Responsibilities for the Head of Digital Marketing:
Working alongside Director of Marketing UK, EU and US counterparts to cultivate online marketing strategy for company that delivers revenue and new customer goals.
Digital/new media focus to be at the forefront and constantly exploring new technologies.
Work with internal and external partners to evolve company’s media attribute model.
Collaborate with EU and US marketing teams to align on best practice and learn from each others experiences.
Help convert awareness and direct acquisition growth through vertical targeted campaigns.
About You
If you have corporate communications experience. 5-7 years’ experience managing online marketing campaigns. Must also have experience with both B2B and B2C. If you have these credentials, then now is the chance to make a difference for this high-profile corporate communications company.
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Head of Digital Marketing:
Some agency experience is preferred
Experience managing a marketing budget independently.
Experience managing a small team, proven ability to direct and develop others.
Thorough understanding of SEO, web metrics and analytics that you’ve managed, as well as display, affiliate, SEO and PPC campaigns.
Strong analytical mind-set
Strong communication, relationship and presentation skills
Experience in fast moving, dynamic environments.
The Head of Digital Marketing receives a highly competitive salary paying from £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits.
