Levitt Bernstein is an award-winning, design-led architectural practice of 100 people based in Dalston. We are looking for a confident and well organised full-time marketing assistant to support the communications and business development functions within the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
create content for, update and maintain the new practice website and social media accounts
prepare and distribute press releases – liaising with journalists and tracking coverage
prepare and monitor bids and tender submissions in conjunction with the bid co-ordinator
prepare and monitor awards submissions
organise and co-ordinate the practice’s presence at events
other ad hoc duties in support of the communications and business development teams
Excellent written skills, with the ability to proof and edit text confidently is essential, as is the need to be organised and detail-oriented. Candidates should be confident users of MS Office and some knowledge of Adobe CC Suite would be an advantage. Please note that while an interest in architecture and design is necessary, this is an administrative support role.
