Applicants will be interested to know that Rise is taking part in the 4 Day Week National Roll Out Programme 2023, with a trial phase from 12th June – 8th December 2023. For the duration of the trial, full time employees will work 30 hours per week between Monday and Thursday, rather than the traditional 37 hours format from Monday to Friday (with no change in salary). Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team.
As the key contact in our team for marketing and communications you will lead our brand to drive the growth of our profile and reputation.
You will have a creative flair, excellent copywriting skills, a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and the ability to identify and maximise opportunities.
Rise is continuing its exciting growth, looking into developing more partnerships and commercial opportunities. We’re a small energetic team who focus on results and we’re looking for a proactive marketer with a great track record of brand development.
