We are looking for a marketing manager to be responsible for co-ordinating the branding communication of our work to the outside world as well as identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in developing and driving forward our marketing strategy and will need an organised approach to anticipate, prioritise and plan a busy workload and also competently manage the demands of a fast-paced, professional and creative office.
We are looking to fill the position by early August 2015.
Duties include:
maintaining practice marketing information
analysing market trends
monitoring project opportunities and making recommendations where appropriate
production of information for bids and monitoring progress
ensuring correct use of brand across our work
writing and updating profiles
updating and maintaining our website
managing social media presence and outlets
writing and issuing press releases and liaison with journalists
identifying awards opportunities and preparing entries
managing our Charitable Programme and fundraising events
organising practice industry and social events
The successful candidate will have:
at least two years experience, preferably within an architectural environment
knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
strong InDesign, Photoshop and MS Office skills
excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
a proactive approach
an understanding of procurement processes and compilation of PQQs and ITTs
Salary subject to experience.
