Our submissions team is a fast, flexible and proactive team responsible for winning new work for the practice, and for the practice’s external communications. We are looking for a new full time team member with experience in the field to project manage and create documents; expressions of interest, PQQs, tender packs and award submissions, in collaboration with architects, consultants and the in house graphics team. At times this will take a journalistic approach, interviewing the architects to capture their experience and thoughts, at other times it will involve proofing and editing their text. The position requires a good comprehension of clients’ requirements and strong leadership in shaping the document.
You must have initiative and be creative, energetic, responsive and interested in success.
You will have a knowledge of and interest in architecture and be able to write quickly, clearly and concisely on architecture and design. You will also be well organised and able to work both independently and as a team player. Prior experience in preparing bid documents is preferred; the ability to use InDesign is important as is a graphic sensibility; familiarity with other Creative Suite programmes would be highly desirable. A basic working knowledge of Excel would also be useful.
