John McAslan + Partners, a design-led studio, is currently looking for talented Part-II assistants to join their Edinburgh office to work on a diverse and international portfolio of new commissions within our commercial, cultural and residential sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an AJ100 practice at the fore front of architectural design. John McAslan + Partners has extensive expertise, encompassing an award-winning portfolio of projects both in the UK and internationally.
To be considered for this role you will need excellent design, technical and organisational skills as well as an appreciation and passion for architecture. Experience and understanding of working within these sectors is necessary for our challenging and complex commissions; working within an organisation that is renowned for achieving award-winning, high quality and responsive design solutions. We are offering a competitive salary plus benefits package including Part-III sponsorship to the suitable candidate.
Due to the nature of these appointments, candidates with Microstation will be preferred. Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills are a benefit. You will also need to be fully conversant with the Adobe Creative suite, and SketchUp.
Immediate availability would be preferred but is not essential and depending on the suitability of experience will be offered as a permanent contract. Proof of your eligibility to work without restriction will be required.
