Surrey Sports Park, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7AD

Salary:
Sessional Rate £25 per training session £35 per game.

The Role:
To have responsibility for the coaching and development of an Age Group within the Academy (U9-U16).

Qualifications & Experience:
• UEFA B License (Essential)
• FA Youth Award (Desirable)
• FA Licensed football coach
• First Aid Certification
• Safeguarding Children Certificate.
• Full & clean UK driving licence

Specific Responsibilities:
• To coach an age group for 2 x 90 minutes’ sessions per week
• Manage the team in the Academy games programme
• Fixture Planning on the software programme
• Produce detailed session plans for Academy training sessions.
• Evaluation of weekly training and matches on the software programme
• Produce detailed player reports alongside another age group coach
• Conduct formal player reviews providing detailed written feedback.
• Conduct informal reviews verbally on a regular basis.
• Attend at least five hours of FA in-service training per year
• Attend FA first aid training at least once every three years
• To undertake internal CPD organised by the Academy
• Be a licensed football coach with the FA.
• Attend all Aldershot Town Football Club first team home games.
