Job Description
• Responsible for all Academy player registrations from U9 to U18 Level.
• Arrange and coordinate Academy fixtures from U9 to U18 Level including dealing with opposition clubs, league, match officials and arranging transportation/ accommodation if required.
• Prepare all Academy Player contracts and registration documents and deal with training compensation matters.
• Assisting the Football Secretary with registrations and fixtures relating to the First Team and Development Squad as required.
• Coordinate and maintain full records of Academy player disciplinary matters and records;
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and upkeep of Club records in line with specified requirements
• Work with the Academy Manager to ensure EPPP compliance to include administration of the EPPP audit process.
• Administration of application process for coaching and medical qualifications and CPD academy staff.
• Undertake the role of super user for the Performance Management System (PMA) and feedback to the relevant staff member of any issues.
• Record and log all minutes from Academy meetings as required.
• Maintain the Academy Player filing system and ensuring that records are up-to-date.
• Liaise with other Academies and the FA/ League regarding scouts attending matches.
• Maintain all Academy office supplies, stationery and equipment.
• Assist the Academy Manager on the production of player progress reports.
• Provide general administrative support to other Academy staff members.
• Attend EFL, Premier League and/ or The FA meetings as and when required.
