Academy Youth Development Phase Coach – Lincoln City Football Club

Job Description
Lincoln City Football Club is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, forward thinking player developer with a primary focus of working with players in the Youth Development Phase Age Groups.
Reporting to the Head of Academy Coaching, the successful candidate will be tasked with planning, delivering and evaluating coaching sessions and fixtures across the Youth Development Phase alongside wider holistic development activities of the Academy.
With outstanding communication, empathy and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will be able to coach through a long term player development lens and put the needs of the players first in order for them to thrive in conjunction with bespoke individual development plans.

Essential
UEFA B License
The FA Youth Award
Knowledge & Understanding of the PMA
BFAS/EFAiF First Aid qualified

Desirable
UEFA A Licence
The FA Advanced Youth Award (12-16)
MIDAS D1 driving licence
All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks in conjunction with the clubs Safer Recruitment policy.
