Reports to: senior administration coordinator/practice manager
Location: 13-15 Canfield Place, London, NW6 3BT
Hours of work: Monday to Friday
Role
Working with all members of a London architectural practice to provide administrative, reception and front of house support to create a lasting and positive impression on our clients, and ensure the smooth operation of the practice in line with our quality assurance goals.
The role will require a proactive approach to the administration duties within the office and involve close liaison with other administrative staff and architectural staff.
Front of house staff will be friendly, personable and presentable with an excellent telephone manner.
Summary of duties
The duties set out below outline the scope of role and activities required:
front of house duties, answering and transferring calls, receiving visitors to the practice
providing basic PA role for senior staff to assist day to day coordination of diaries, meetings and conference room booking
undertaking day to day filing and archiving activities, both hard and electronic copies. Assisting architectural staff with document control for managing post etc
typing, producing letters and text
playing an active role with general housing keeping activities
activities to be undertake in accordance with quality assurance procedures and policies
