Are you a Rugby or Sports Coach looking for extra work? Do you live in or around the Richmond or elmbridge area? Are you free Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday afternoons?

If you are then read on…….We urgently require Level 2 Sport Coaches to cover after school clubs in and around Richmond and Elmbridge areas.

It is not essential to have a rugby qualification, we are looking for talented and enthusiastic coaches, training will be provided.

The Role:
Coach FUNdamental rugby classes within afterschool clubs during the school term time Monday to Friday, so you must be available between 3pm and 5pm on these days.

You will be working as a Sports Coach within local primary schools, so it is ESSENTIAL you have up to date DBS clearance.

You must be Reliable, Punctual and Enthusiastic and ideally have experience of working with Primary School Children.

Successful coaches will be offered more hours depending on successful performance and positive feedback from school staff. There will be Potential to coach classes in nurseries and playschools from 9am – 12pm in the near future.

We offer competitive rates of pay with an incentive scheme and on-going training.

All applicants MUST be:
• UKCC Level 2 qualified (or higher)
• Clean DBS check
• 1st Aid Qualified
• Good communicator
• Work well with children
• Able to travel using own transport

Through child centred coaching we can not only encourage the development of great FUNdamentals, we can facilitate children to discover effective decision making and goal setting processes, oppose to the opposite of telling them what to do and how to do it. We coach rugby games that are devised to improve FUNdamental rugby skills where children are encouraged to set their own personal goals and use their own knowledge of previous success to discover how to achieve them. With one key aim in mind, that children enjoy every second of rugby they play.
