SMD Architects Ltd is a small, friendly, expanding practice based in west London. We are looking for a bright and committed graduate to join us and work on all stages of design from inception to completion.
The role will involve working on different small residential and commercial projects, from early stages of design through planning applications to local authorities and building control submissions, to tender and construction stages. It will include liaison with consultants, contractors and clients.
You will need to have good organisational skills, excellent AutoCAD skills, a good understanding of current planning guidelines and UK building regulations, and an excellent knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written). Knowledge of 3D software an advantage. Salary depending on your skills and experience.
