IBI Group’s Rochdale office is searching for a Part-I architectural assistant to join its growing team. As an architectural assistant, you will be given the opportunity to work on exciting projects, primarily in the healthcare sector while assisting our national workload.

Responsibilities:
attend team meetings and understand the scope of the service and time scale for projects allocated to the team
assist teams with drawing production and in particular AutoCAD and Revit
take an active role in the development of projects
prepare drawings, reports and information
work collaboratively with other members of the team and/or consultants
ensure, with other members of the team, that the project is effectively administered and managed
understand and adhere to procedures including quality management, environmental management systems and health and safety
Qualifications:
RIBA Part-I qualified
creative and willing to learn
efficient and accurate worker
ability to review information and query anomalies
good organisational skills
strong written and verbal communication skills -technical skills in AutoCAD
experience with Revit is preferable
technical abilities with SketchUp, PhotoShop, InDesign and MS Office
