We wish to appoint an exceptional Assistant Head of Academy who is an outstanding classroom practitioner and has an excellent track record of improving academic standards and pupil outcomes.
You will be joining a dynamic and visionary team of professionals and therefore will need to:
Be an outstanding classroom practitioner.
Have proven management and leadership at either Middle or Senior level.
Lead by example and lead from the front.
Be passionate and committed to improving outcomes for every one of our students.
Have good interpersonal skills.
Be forward thinking, visionary, receptive to change and able to work under pressure.
