We are looking for an exceptional practitioner to support the Head of School in the Leadership of the Primary Strategy in KS2, promoting accelerated achievement for all children in Reading, Writing and Maths. The successful candidate will lead by example, developing consistently outstanding practice across the school. You will be supported by a Leading Practitioner whose role is to coach and mentor teaching staff to become consistently outstanding practitioners so that our children make exceptional progress.
The successful candidate will need to:
be a consistently OUTSTANDING teacher
have a track record of raising standards in KS1 or KS2
be energetic and committed to raising standards
be able to accept challenges, inspire and motivate others
fully endorse the creative curriculum approach
be a committed team player
‘think outside the box’- Education is about making a difference!
lead CPD events and provide support for staff
be passionate about developing your own practice
be up to date with current research and well informed about recent developments in education, demonstrating best practice in their own setting, and welcoming visitors from other settings, as required.
