The successful candidates will:

Use their significant classroom experience to build excellent practice and provide strategic direction to their team to ensure there are outstanding outcomes for all children in their phase.
Use their excellent practice to disseminate outstanding pedagogy and develop focussed support to raise standards further through coaching and mentoring for staff in their phase.
Have current experience and evidence of raising whole school standards in a curriculum area
Have secure and sound knowledge of the EYFS and National Curriculum/Assessment (appropriate to the post you are applying for.)
Use their leadership and management experience to work alongside the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher as part of the SLT to inspire the school community
