Are you an enthusiastic boatman, looking for a job that can personally challenge you? If so, you could be the person we are looking for.
A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Boatman to come and work at the Kingston Grammar School Boat Club on the banks of the River Thames at Thames Ditton. As Boatman you will have proven experience of managing and maintaining a boathouse.
Essentially, you must have excellent carpentry and DIY skills for the repairing of boats/hulls. You must be a dedicated enthusiast for the sport of rowing with a very flexible and hands-on approach to assist with the rapidly changing work environment.
This is a physically demanding role and you must be able to cope with heavy lifting, carrying and manual handling. You must hold a full driving licence that qualifies you to tow a boat trailer.
