Job Description
Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League are looking for a Casual Coach to work with Girls from its Emerging Talent Centre, supporting our ongoing operations at our facilities in Stoke-on-Trent.
The successful applicants will be responsible for the implementation of coaching sessions for the Club players ranging from under 10s to under 16s.
The role will include planning coaching sessions within the coaching development programme through to delivering, monitoring and analysing performance. This is a comprehensive role perfect for individuals committed to developing future players to the best of their abilities.
Ideal candidates will have a football background as either a player or coach and will hold a minimum of FA Level 2 qualification in Coaching. Strong planning, organising and motivational skills are key. Practical experience of coaching at grassroots level is desirable. Previous experience of working in an Academy or Centre of Excellence, a sound knowledge of Elite level requirements and a basic first aid qualification would be advantageous.
The role requires a high degree of commitment to cover Monday and Thursday evening and Saturday games programme. The positions will be offered on a casual basis.
