If you are based in Adur & Worthing , Brighton & Hove, Chichester & Arun, Eastbourne, Lewes & Wealden, Hastings & Rother, Horsham or Mid Sussex then WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Albion in the Community are always looking for new and talented coaches to join our well-established community coaching team. This is your opportunity to share your experience and knowledge to make a contribution to your local community. We are very keen to establish a diverse coaching team, therefore, if you have experience in coaching football (including goalkeeping and refereeing), basketball, rugby, cricket or any type of sport then get in touch!

These roles will be responsible for coaching football/multi-sports and develop all ability children and adults, mainly in the 4-18 age group, whilst supporting the development officers with relationship management and securing new business. These roles will involve primarily delivering after school clubs, soccer schools, holiday courses and coaching within our invitation and development centres. There are future opportunities to extend into curriculum and evening work as our projects establish themselves.

Applicants must have a minimum of a FA Level 1 in Coaching Football Qualification and must be a member of the FA Licensed Coaches’ Club. Preferably, candidates will have qualifications in coaching/delivering multi-sports, PE and school sport or within disability sports. Applicants must have experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions in football/multi-sport and working with or in schools, colleges or youth groups. Preferably, candidates will have a full and clean driving license and their own transport as our coaches will be required to work at various locations across Sussex (primarily West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton & Hove).
