Job Description
Leicester City FC Girls’ RTC, part of the FA’s elite female player pathway, has a long history of producing talented young players that have gone onto play at the highest level, including England Senior International representation.
The structure aims to support in the identification, development and progression of players with the potential and aspiration to play for the England Senior team.
The RTC is looking to expand a number of areas within its coaching staff.
Candidates interested in a coaching role must hold a minimum Level 2 Coaching Certificate and hold or be working towards Youth Award Module 3.
The successful candidates will need to show the following attributes
• Ability to work within a team of staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and committed to the programme
• Enthusiasm to develop talented young female players
• Able to create a learning environment that meets the needs of the individual as well as the team
All positions share responsibility for promoting and maintaining the integrity and reputation of Leicester City FC Girls’ RTC and should aim to set the program and its offering apart from the competition through creativity, passion and knowledge.
The successful candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive screening process that includes an enhanced DBS check and must possess a current and valid Emergency 1st Aid and Safeguarding Children Certification, and must possess a full, clean driving licence.
