Activity Alliance is seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional to be part of our programme and marketing communications teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic communicator and creative thinker. Using a wide range of communications, you will have a proven track record in engaging audiences through online and offline activities.
You will support ambitious plans to enhance and grow promotion activities. With an eye for a good story, you will be involved in writing content and sharing learning for our programmes. This includes through social media and PR. You will have knowledge or experience in digital marketing and video production.
Your focus will be on the programmes – Get Out Get Active, Sainsbury’s Active Kids Inclusive PE and Inclusive Activity training. This involves local and national engagement, so knowing how to engage audiences at both levels is an advantage.
The national charity, Activity Alliance, is looking for an individual who is creative, organised and able to demonstrate effectiveness through results. You should be aware of plain English principles and inclusive communication practices.
The successful candidate will be used to a multi-tasking environment in the sport, communications, or non-profit sector.
You will:
– Maximise the visibility and impact of our programme and stakeholder engagement
– Support Activity Alliance positioning as a respected source of information and promotion for all internal and external stakeholders
– Help drive our vision and key messages- increasing awareness of better inclusive practices among customer groups
– Assist in maximising our communication tools, systems and processes to improve internal and external learning
