We’re looking for Deskside Support Consultants to join our team in Edinburgh. This is a 6 month Fixed term contract and you will work as part of a team on one of our high-profile clients rolling out iPads to around 120 schools within the Edinburgh area. This is a ground breaking education programme that is going to change the way students work. You will travel to schools across the Edinburgh area, working in a small team, assisting in the set up and delivery of fun and engaging Tech sessions. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Travel across schools in Edinburgh area (own transport will make this easier!)
• Work as part of small team to set up and deliver highly engaging, fun daily class room sessions
• Work with Project Manager to provide desk side support to students
• Ensure effective set up of iPads
• Assist students with all associated queries

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Solid understanding of iPad products.
• Demonstrable experience in MS office, particularly Excel.
• First class communication skills.
• Positive professional attitude, patient outlook and ability to engage effectively with students.
• Strong analytical skills and posses excellent attention to detail.
