Job Description
Exciting opportunities for football coaches have arisen to coach players of a good standard. Evening sessions are available as well as weekends, you will be offered the chance to coach matches within a league and cup format that will include WSL (Women’s Super League) clubs. During the summer months there will be training, friendlies and tournaments with the possibility of international travel.

We provide a fun and enjoyable atmosphere through holistic learning. Through weekly sessions, training and matches we create a great learning environment for players to enjoy and improve focussing on the four-corner model
Our Coaches
All our coaches are UEFA or FA qualified and hold up to date DBS & First aid qualifications. You will be responsible for ensuring these qualifications are maintained. Our vision is to create a pathway football club with unlimited opportunities to further develop in football. We want everybody to speak the same language and understand our philosophies.
The Role
You will train players to the philosophy provided by the club and take teams for matches. These matches may be located anywhere within the south of England and further. You will have a keen eye for the ability of a player and be able to understand where they need to improve.
You will be expected to use equipment provided to film games and provide feedback to players and parents.
You will be confident and approachable and use your soft skills to nurture talent in players. You will understand that this is not a win, win environment.
You will be comfortable with teaching players at all levels and all ages when required.
You will provide proof of qualifications on request.
