Accountabilities:

maintaining and developing the large in-house upholstery fabric, curtain fabric and wallpaper library and responsibility for our sample service
maintenance of the company’s database (products, prices, business partner details)
assist with the smooth running of the fabric department and the workflow with all other departments
working closely with merchandising, sales and production teams
assisting fabric deliveries and aftersales
daily contact for our fabric suppliers
administrative and web support

Key skills required:

must be highly organised with excellent administration skills
ability to logically and systematically approach tasks and projects
good communication skills
IT literate (MS Office), SAP preferable
must be able to commute to west London

Profile:

The successful candidate will be an absolute self-starter who thrives in a design-led environment such as interior design practices.

Excellent attention to detail is essential, alongside fantastic communication skills.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set and business acumen.
