About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet & Resource Coordinator to join the Everton in the Community team.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, Governance & Assets your role will be to plan, direct, co-ordinate and oversee all functions pertaining to the operation and maintenance of fleet vehicles (minibuses etc.) across the People’s Campus (Everton in the Community and Everton Free School and Football College). You will also be responsible for managing the provision of kit for Everton in the Community staff and Participants and in addition, support the DFGA with more generalised resource support, as required.

Other key responsibilities will include:
Fleet Management
To develop a comprehensive and well-defined policy, and appropriate supporting processes, for fleet vehicle usage across the Campus (EitC and EFS)
To ensure and schedule planned, cyclical and reactive repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner on all fleet vehicles
Kit Management
To take responsibility for kit management for EitC, which will include both staff and participants
To liaise directly with department managers to identify kit requirements on a seasonal basis and develop a stock list accordingly.

Resources
To manage storage needs and requirements across the campus and manage all offsite storage facilities.
To transport goods across the EitC properties, when required, to also include deliveries to and from Goodison Park and Royal Liver Building, as required, on behalf of EitC.

Who we are looking for:
Essentially, we are looking for an individual who has experience in a similar role and is aware of the importance of implementing safe operating procedures in support of transportation.

Other key Knowledge and Skills will include:
Must have valid driving licence which covers driving of minibus vehicles
MIDAS qualification, or willingness to undertake MIDAS certificate
H&S qualification, or willingness to work towards
Registered with the Enhanced DBS Service or willingness to undertake a full Enhanced DBS check
The core hours for this role will be 35 hours per week
This opportunity will be offered on a Permanent basis
