Do you love watching football? Think you know the best youth teams and players around? How about potentially kicking off your career as a scout? At Tonsser, we’re looking to build a team of the very best content capturers, making a difference to thousands of players in the UK. This role is ideal for students & other young people.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
– From the nutmegs, to the passes, the free kicks to the saves, you need to be at the heart of the action, capturing every key moment of youth football games each week.
– Explaining the benefits of using Tonsser to players & parents.
– Sending video footage to players & uploading clips to the app.
– Using your football knowledge & network to identify stand out players.
– Working with our Community Manager and Scouting team to capture content from the correct games each week.

WHAT’S REQUIRED?
– You must be based in London, or be able to travel into London for games.
– You must be able to travel to different areas of London to attend games.
– Must be able to attend games at weekends and potentially evening games during the week.
– Be a proud problem-solver, proactive and unafraid to float ideas
– Be organised and communicate up the chain to managers or peers.
– Confident enough to talk with players and parents at games.
– Hard working, passionate and self-motivated individual.
– Understanding of youth football culture, being able to relate to young players.
