Job Description
To lead the implementation of the Children and Young People (CYP) offer for 12-19+ year olds and to support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy.
The key work areas will be:
• To support the development of The FA Schools Programme for 12-16 year olds and build relationships with Schools Football Associations to develop new opportunities for young people where gaps exist.
• To deliver the implementation of the Football Mash Up programme in a community setting and support the transition of players to Charter Standard Clubs for 12-19+.
• Sustain and increase the number of 16-19 year olds through a collaborative approach with FE and community partners through Team Nineteen, Just Play, SSF providers, Community Hubs, ECFA Category 5 Leagues, Women’s Football Week and wider community U19 leagues.
• Sustain and increase the number of College PAN Disability Football teams and players in the College Enrichment League.
• To deliver a Football Futures programme to develop new and sustain existing volunteers for both college and community football programmes including the development of Student Management Teams to run and sustain Team Nineteen.
• Develop and maintain relevant internal and External County and local partnerships in order to enhance CFA delivery including CSM’s and UFAs.
• Develop new links with SSF providers and maintain healthy relationships with current affiliated SSF leagues.
• Support the UCLAN Hub Club group and its partners in achieving its football development outcomes for 16-17.
