Welling United Girls Academy Coach U7s – U16 and Grassroots/Wildcats Coaches
We are looking for a range of enthusiastic & talented coaches to work within our thriving academy. Our ethos is to have some of our most experienced coaches working with our young talent.

Qualifications
Essential / Desirable depending on role
Level 1/Play maker award or equivalent
FA Coaching Level 3 (UEFA B Licence)
FA Youth Module 3 (or Working towards)
FA Coaching Level 2 (Working towards UEFA B Licence)
Membership of the FA Coaches Club
Emergency First Aid Certificate
Safeguarding Children Certificate
Satisfactory Enhanced CRB Disclosure
Ability to effectively manage player, parent & staff relationships.
Ability to work independently and with internal and external teams
An ability to adapt quickly, be flexible in the face of change and be solution orientated.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Some experience in working with and supporting children during coaching sessions.
Experience of working within the football Industry
Responsible for planning and delivering the technical and tactical coaching program for your respective age group in line with the coaching syllabus. Or work with a team to coach fun wildcats sessions.
Coach and manage your respective team matches, both home and away.
To be fully responsible for the safety and welfare of all players under your care
