Exciting Opportunity for Ambitious Family Lawyer
We are delighted to be working with a leading regional firm in the Shropshire area to help them in their growth plans. This is a firm rich in tradition with a modern mindset and ambitious plans. They provide a welcoming and supportive working environment and encourage a real sense of being part of a team. They are recruiting for a Family Lawyer to join their current team and to take the lead in the strategic growth and development of the team. You will be working on a varied caseload of private family matters which will include divorce and separation work, financial arrangements and private children issues among others. There will also be the opportunity to take on more complex work such as pre and post nup agreements and adoption work.

The firm are looking
for someone who already has a solid grounding in Family work. Ideally around 3 years and upwards. What is more important for them is that they are looking for an individual who has an appetite for business development and will explore ways to grow the family practice. This could be through events, networking or through existing clients of the firm but it is important that the person taking on this role wants to play an active role in this. You will work alongside two colleagues who are experienced lawyers who can support in the caseload and you will provide managerial support in terms of strategic direction and reviewing file management, team performance and reporting to the management team.

This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with ambitions of management and seniority. It could be ideal for someone who wants the benefits of working closer to home and an opportunity to step out of a larger practice where there might not be the same opportunity to stand out. The firm are open to considering full time or part time working and offer a competitive remuneration package.
