My client
are one of the world’s leading authorities on R&D Tax Credits, with a business in the UK that is growing significantly year on year. Due to growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Internal Sales Team Leader to look after an already successful team.
Your role will be a manager’s role in the purest sense, you will be responsible for helping, assisting and developing your sales team to where they need to be in order to help the growth of the business.

Profile description:
Ideally you will possess a minimum of 3 years relevant team leader / sales management experience experience, have strong coaching and recruitment skills and have the ability to get the best out of your team. My client may consider a senior salesperson with coaching experience.
