Casual and flexible lifeguards needed for Clifton College Sports Centre.
Applicants must currently hold level 2 UK QCF lifeguarding qualifications (such as those from the RLSS, STA, HABC, etc.).

Working amongst a young team of friendly and well-motivated staff we are looking for responsible, knowledgeable and customer-driven lifeguards who are available for a selection of evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Lifeguards should have a record of performing well in their previous training and be strong confident swimmers and communicators.

The post will mostly involve working as part of a small team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of swim sessions for our members and children from the school, holiday club and residential courses. Every shift normally also contains a sample of work away from the poolside as required to meet the operational needs of the business. This may include basic cleaning duties or covering the main reception desk.

This is an ideal post for students or others wanting flexible part-time work with longer hours available during the holidays. Applications from lifeguards who are qualified in the use of spine boards and automated external defibrillators are particularly welcome, although training will be provided for the right candidate(s).

Clifton College is a large independent day and boarding school with over 1300 pupils aged 3 to 18, two large commercial sports facilities, a commercial theatre and over 600 staff.
