We have an unexpected opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Commercial Team to support our membership and ticketing department. In this role you’ll be a key point of contact for in-bound and out-bound membership and ticketing enquiries, by phone, email and face to face. You’ll provide prompt, friendly and professional service to internal and external customers. You’ll be processing membership and ticket sales, sending out hospitality packs, monitoring mailboxes, and on match days, supporting customers with entry and enquiries.
We ask that you’re approachable, friendly and proactive – you’re the first point of contact for our valuable customers. You’re organised, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and effectively meet deadlines, calm and professional, have excellent attention to detail and you value working with your team. You’ve got recent experience in an administrative and/or customer service role. Your IT skills are excellent and you communicate well both in written and spoken English.

Further shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a face to face interview with assessment tasks on Monday 27 March 2023.
