We are looking for an enthusiastic office administrator/PA to ensure the smooth running of our office in Mayfair. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual.
Office administrator – key elements of the role will include:
welcoming visitors and escorting them to meeting rooms
being first point of contact answering telephone calls and emails
coordination of office supplies
managing HR systems – staff contacts, annual leave etc
ensure staff area is clean and tidy at all times
invoice handling
managing outgoing/incoming post and any other ad hoc duties such as photocopying, scanning and printing presentations
book travel arrangements as and when required including flights. Hotels, processing visa applications
Personal assistant – key elements of the role will include:
personal assistance to managing directors
managing directors diary on a day-to-day basis
organising travel arrangements
perform any ad hoc personal tasks
Skills must include:
previous office experience within the industry
excellent IT/Microsoft skills essential – particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
a hands-on, can-do approach to work
ability to multi-task – strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
a supportive team player
good telephone manner
calm under pressure
punctual, reliable and flexible
Salary: dependent upon experience
