manage director’s and shared office diary
answer phones and email messages if staff are out of the office
ensure A4 and A3 file labels are current (liaise with job runners)
order stationery as necessary
contact IT support to resolve IT issues
make teas/coffees for meetings
update office manual and keep current
update QA manual and keep current
organise staff training/CPD
project support assistance as appropriate
Must be fully conversant with all programmes in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Must be able to touch type and amend PR and marketing copy. Knowledge of WordPress would be an advantage.
