TLA Studio is a busy, friendly and creative RIBA chartered multidisciplinary design practice with an exciting portfolio of private, high-end residential projects located in London, the UK and abroad.
We are seeking a full-time PA/office manager to join our award winning studio in July. This is a great opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a design firm with industry leading architects and interior designers.
The office manager will support the two directors of the company, manage the daily operations of the studio and provide assistance to the rest of the team. The work varies from day to day and therefore we are looking for a proactive and professional all-rounder who is happy to help where needed. The main duties include, but are not limited to:
PA support to two directors (diary management, travel arrangements and administrative tasks etc)
secretarial and administrative (greeting clients, answering phone, arranging meetings etc)
HR (contracts, timesheets, inductions etc)
office management (updating the database, ordering supplies, archiving , filing and maintenance etc)
financial (expenses, invoices and banking etc)
facilities management (maintaining plotter, printers, PCs and other equipment)
social media, PR and marketing (Twitter, Houzz, Facebook etc)
at least three years previous PA/administrative experience is essential. The office manager will need to hit the ground running so a fast learner with an intuitive work ethic is a must.
Core competencies must include excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Advanced IT knowledge is a plus, including proficiency in MS Office.
Salary circa £20-25k dependent on experience with 20 days holiday and bank holidays.
