March & White is a London based interior and architectural design company made up of a dynamic team of some thirty-five designers in a flourishing practice, working around the world.
Our signature projects include distinctive and high-end residential commissions, restaurant and hotel interiors. We also have a specialist division responsible for bespoke assignments, including the interior design on some of the world’s most iconic homes and super-yachts.
We are looking for a smart, super-organised PA / office manager who will be the gate keeper for two busy founders; supporting them with diary management, business travel, new business and making sure the office operations runs smoothly.
As the first point of contact for the company, you must be smart in your appearance, but able to be ‘hands on’ in your approach.
Key responsibilities:
diary management for two founders
organising travel, entertainment and accommodation for founders
supporting finance director with Deltek Vision – managing new business contacts and following up on marketing campaigns
managing HR for the office
keeping office manuals up to date / inducting new employees
adhering to health and safety policies and updating them annually
managing social media
liaising with PR agency on PR, Marketing and Events
with support of administration assistant, making sure all facilities are running smoothly
Must be:
super organised
presentable and client facing
able to use Excel, basic PhotoShop / InDesign
ambitious
interested in design
