space3 architecture is a young and growing design-led studio, our work is predominantly residential as well as more diverse typologies. We are also actively entering various UK and international competitions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented architectural assistant to join our studio based in north London.
You will invariably experience all the RIBA Job Stages (0 to 7).
This is a minimum six months paid internship with the possibility of a permanent position.
Responsibilities include:
2D drafting at various RIBA design stages
3D modeling
building physical models
conducting research
preparing for presentations
document control
supporting general day-to-day office admin tasks and any other duties as required
must enjoy working within a team on competition entries
Skills and attributes:
RIBA Part-I/II or equivalent
competent in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
strong rendering and model-making skills
ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken is a pre-requisite.
This is a paid position.
