Zap architecture are seeking an experienced Part-I architecture graduate (at least one year experience post Part-I) or a Part-II graduate with good residential experience. Knowledge of UK planning policies and experience with London period properties is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and the full Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). V-Ray for SketchUp would be a real advantage or alternatively proficiency in 3DS Max rendering. Hand drawing and model making is widely used within the office on each project and evidence of both should be visible in your portfolio. This office uses apple iMac computers.

The office is situated in Westminster, London.

The role will be mostly working with high end residential design although ZAP prides itself in being a youthful and energetic practice also working on fun installations and artistic interventions. A diverse and healthy mix of work will encapsulate residential projects, bars and restaurants, competitions and installation design. Applicants should be able to start work from April 2015 onwards.
