We are looking for a technically proficient and experienced Part-II architectural assistant to join us on a full-time basis to work on a range of prestigious and exciting commercial and residential projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
a recognised RIBA Part-II
a strong academic and career record
relevant experience working in architectural practice in the UK
technical experiences in construction techniques and bespoke detailing
good knowledge of finishes and materials
ability to manage a varied workload, working to tight deadlines
knowledge of planning approval process
knowledge of UK Building Regulations approval process
confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
presentation skills and demonstrate confident client handling skills
excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and must be able to produce drawings under pressure within tight deadlines
fluent in English, verbal and written
proficient using Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
knowledge of BIM / Revit an advantage
