We are a young but established architectural practice looking for a Part-II architecture assistant with a minimum of two years, post Part-II job running experience.

We have a growing number of new exciting private residential projects and we require a passionate, hardworking and skilled individual to join our small team.

Essential skills:

organised
pro-active
job running experience – preferably on small residential projects
experience of producing tender packages
experience of producing UK planning application and listed building consent
UK building regulation experience
knowledge of simple building contracts and contract administration
fluent spoken and written English

Technical skills:

Vectorworks
Photoshop
Excel
model making experience

Salary: competitive

We have recently moved into larger offices in Hackney Downs Studios, E8 2BT.
