Taylor Kay Architecture Ltd is a young, recently established, sustainable design-led practice, based in Forest Hill, south-east London. Due to an increased workload we are seeking a Part-II architectural assistant or recently qualified Part-III architect to join our small but sociable team.

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to work in our office on a range of interesting residential projects at various stages. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years UK experience along with the following attributes:

exceptional design portfolio
excellent communication skills – fluent in English, written and spoken
proven UK residential experience, particularly one-off residential projects
good working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction technology
proven work experience across all RIBA work stages
excellent AutoCAD skills essential
excellent Sketch Up skills essential
knowledge of Passivhaus an advantage
