About Us – Elite Cricket Performance Academy is an academy based in West London that will be expanding out of London later this year.
Our GLES (Greater London Elite Squad) Programme is a programme aimed to help players not currently in County Cricket to gain experience of a winter programme and matches against other academies, counties and county development sides (40-50 Over cricket). We have three sides: U11s, U13s and U15s, we plan to have a Girls U13 side in 2022 and possibly extend the number of age groups over time.
We have annual domestic (Summer July-August across the UK) and international tours (Easter).

What we are looking for:
We have a Programme Lead and the Pathway Programme Coaches would assist him in the continued development of the programme.
Running a side on Match days (Generally Sundays, Bank Holidays and the odd Mid week game in the Summer Holidays) with guidance from the Programme Lead, we enter some tournaments and shall host some as well from 2022, you would be part of the planning for the tournaments.
Attending tours (2 Coaches per tour), you would be responsible for the children 24/7 on tour, taking them to meals, organising extra curricular activities, warming up and managing the games.
8 Hours a day of training/trials from Late September/Early October to April of the next year. We have 12 Week Semesters during that period on Saturdays.

Things that we are looking for:
ECB Level 2, ideally working towards a Level 3 or beyond.
Must be based near London (UK) or be able to travel from local counties. We can not get visas for overseas based coaches.
Must be available on Saturdays from September to April and be available in the summer for games and additional training.
Current DBS
Driving Licence
Positive, energetic type of personality like likes to work with Children and focus on strengths
Good Interpersonal Skills

Should be willing to learn as a coach, adapt to what the players and programme requires. Your coaching beliefs might differ but we would like you to embrace what we believe in during our sessions and games. We can have discussions about your thoughts and adapt if required.
Ability to use APP’s and Cameras, we have a player tracking app that has been developed for Skills sessions and for the assessment process. We need to record the trials and provide constructive feedback when requested to player to help provide actual solutions; not just spot problems.
The ability to work with small groups 5-1 Coach to player ratio and 121. We want to add 121 review sessions from the GLES programme Coaches to the programme.

What we can offer you:
Pay is dependent upon experience, there are fixed day rates for games and tours, hourly rates for coaching hours.
-Coach Education – We have heads of various skills running Masterclasses for our players and you would be able to come along and learn.
Skills include: Batting, Fast Bowling, Spin Bowling, Fielding, Throwing (Baseball), Power Hitting (Baseball), Wicket Keeping, Sprinting, Mental Wellbeing (Children and Parents), Visual Cue Development.
-Opportunities to also coach in the skills sessions all year around, we coach between 8-10 hours a day on weekends, some weekdays and will open a centre at other venues.
-Opportunities to work on Schools programmes and club programmes with our affiliated clubs.
