Personal Assistant – Luciano Giubbilei Design – London

Luciano Giubbilei is looking for a ‘right hand’ studio personal assistant to facilitate and support the growth and smooth running of his garden design practice.

About you:

relevant work experience essential
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
highly organised with exceptional prioritisation and planning skills
assured, self-motivated, with a positive outlook
passion for gardens and an interest in art and design
ability to work to own initiative and meet key deadlines
a key team member who has the ability to deal with people at all levels to build effective working relationships
flexibility with working hours essential
well-presented and smart; good manners and discretion essential

Specific skills:

first point of contact for clients, staff and suppliers
handling phone enquiries in a professional manner
manage Luciano Giubbilei’s work schedule and personal diary
proficient in all Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint, Excel and InDesign (not essential)
compile and write press packs, to assist journalists with feature articles
general office housekeeping, ordering stationary and supplies
execution of payments and monthly invoicing and liaison with accountants
organise book launch in conjunction with the publisher
experience in setting up conference calls
manage website and social media with the help of web designer
studio search, fit out and relocation
